I'm looking to lead multi-unit restaurant or food and beverage operations where I can strengthen service standards, develop teams, control costs, and improve profitability.

I've led restaurant and food and beverage operations across Jordan and Bahrain for more than 25 years, from QSR and casual dining to cafés, catering, and hospitality. I currently manage daily meal service, special requests, and catering for 450 villas at Al Andalusia Compound.

At GNJ Group, I managed performance across 20 QSR locations and supported teams of up to 210 employees. I've built SOPs and training programs, strengthened scheduling, inventory, food safety, and quality controls, and achieved a 100% health-inspection pass rate while leading four locations and 78 employees at Areesh Foodclub.
