At the World Food Programme (WFP), I supported end-to-end operations for a digital payments platform, coordinating financial transactions and cross-functional work while maintaining service quality and compliance. I also led technology rollouts using Agile methodologies and nationwide biometric verification operations.
During WFP emergency deployments in Union Island and Puntland, I coordinated food and cash assistance, worked with government and humanitarian partners, and supported digital processes for field operations. In Puntland, I led process improvements, team training, and dashboard development for the cash-based transfer program.
Earlier, as Operations & Logistics Manager at International Beverages Consultancy, I managed procurement and resource planning and implemented an inventory management system. I hold an MBA and certifications in PMP and PMI-ACP.
