At First National Bank of Omaha, I handle customer calls involving card issues, account holds, suspected fraud, and transaction disputes. I investigate suspicious activity, verify customers through security procedures, and balance speed, accuracy, security, and customer experience.

I use 8+ software systems at once to research accounts, document cases, resolve issues, and escalate concerns requiring additional investigation. I’m comfortable explaining sensitive or complicated information to customers under stress, always with a good laugh and smile.

At Best Buy, I provided hands-on support for mobile devices, wireless carriers, and technology products, translating technical details into practical guidance for customers with varying levels of experience.

My earlier leadership experience includes supervising and training an eight-person deli team at Baker’s Grocery Store and coordinating restaurant operations and large wedding dinners at Silk Road Restaurant.
