I’m looking to join an early stage AI company where I can drive fast time-to-value, expand account usage, and turn AI agent adoption into measurable revenue growth—using an operator mindset grounded in customer feedback and rapid iteration.

I built and operated a live AI powered SaaS product solo in 4 months using Claude and Cursor, going from zero coding knowledge to shipping fast. I owned the full customer lifecycle—onboarding, adoption, issue resolution, and product feedback loops.

As an operator, I bring that same operator mindset to early stage AI company customers: driving fast time-to-value, expanding account usage, and turning AI agent adoption into measurable revenue growth. I also focus on identifying product gaps from real customer interactions and feeding them directly into the product roadmap.

Previously, I delivered 500+ daily ticket resolutions solo by designing a Zendesk system with auto-labeling, priority routing, and reusable templates—matching full team output. I took full ownership of support ops within 2 months, building inbox architecture from scratch that scaled to enterprise-level volume independently.

I’ve also shaped customer experience through hands-on technical ownership (Stripe subscriptions, Supabase backend, Google OAuth) and product iteration, including rule-based progression and mastery systems across 7 AI-powered games. Earlier, I served as a community anchor for a 110,000 member Discord and ran engagement campaigns, plus I ran a client-facing business solo across two countries focused on scheduling, retention, and revenue growth.
