At OVI Hosting Pvt Ltd (formerly Hosting.com), I provided international technical support across phone, chat, tickets, and email. I independently resolved about 90% of chat-based technical issues within SLA and followed each issue through to closure.

I supported production Linux hosting environments running Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, and AlmaLinux. I troubleshot service failures, downtime, resource and disk-space issues, and application crashes, using system and application logs to find root causes and recover services.

For hosting customers, I troubleshot Apache, Nginx, WordPress, and Node.js issues and handled MySQL setup, connectivity fixes, and recovery. I also resolved DNS, SSL/TLS, email, firewall, and connectivity problems, and managed hosting settings through cPanel/WHM, Enhance, and Plesk.

Previously, at Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (employed through Archance HR Services Pvt. Ltd.), I supported customers with product and order questions, basic troubleshooting, and complaints. I processed refund, return, replacement, reissue, and order requests, and escalated cases to resolution.
