I am a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Linux Server Administrator with over 12 years of hands-on experience managing Linux and Windows server environments. I focus on building and optimizing high‑availability infrastructures that meet strict uptime and performance goals.

I have designed and provisioned virtual servers across OnApp, Proxmox, VMware, and Hyper-V, and performed large-scale server migrations and infrastructure upgrades with zero critical downtime. I maintain environments using monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, and Zenoss to proactively resolve performance bottlenecks.

My cloud and automation experience includes AWS (EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, IAM, Backup & Site Recovery), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Ansible, and foundational Puppet skills. I hold RHCSA, RHCE, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, and OCI certifications that validate my platform and architecture expertise.

I mentor and lead junior engineers, streamline backup and disaster recovery processes, and work cross-functionally with Data Center and Networking teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused technical solutions that preserve service SLAs and high client satisfaction.
