I seek a role coordinating donor-funded programs focused on youth and women's empowerment, where I can lead M&E, field teams, and data-driven scaling.

I am a results-driven Project Coordinator and Monitoring & Evaluation specialist with over three years of experience leading donor-funded youth and women's empowerment projects across East Africa.
