What I'm looking for

I am seeking field-focused roles in community development or M&E where I can lead participatory programs, strengthen data systems, and train communities for sustainable health and livelihood outcomes.

I am a community development professional with over five years' experience in community mobilization, project coordination, and youth and women empowerment. I combine hands-on field implementation with strong digital data-collection skills (SurveyCTO, ODK, CommCare) and monitoring expertise.

I have supported Asset Based Community Development initiatives, facilitated community workshops, and led training-of-trainers and youth empowerment programs, delivering measurable improvements in data quality and participant compliance. My work includes household surveys, anthropometric measurements, FGDs, key informant interviews, and report writing for multiple organisations including KEMRI, World Agroforestry Centre, World Vision and Educate Kenya.

I am passionate about empowering communities—especially young people—to access sustainable health and livelihood solutions, and I bring a practical, collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and compliance monitoring.
