In my attachments with the Department of Special Purpose Coordinating Unit (Bungoma County), I conducted in-depth monitoring and evaluation of ward project implementation to assess effectiveness and efficiency. I supported the compilation, consolidation, and analysis of official reports, carried out fieldwork using questionnaires and structured interviews, and handled logistical challenges to keep project objectives on track. I also supported child welfare and protection programming through community outreach, recordkeeping, report preparation, and monitoring of child-focused projects.
