What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead 0→1 and scale-stage platform, fintech, data, or AI products where I can solve ambiguous problems, improve product reliability and adoption, and build commercially meaningful products across Africa.

I specialize in the moments most product roles avoid: when there is no playbook, when the product is stalled, when the data is not trusted, or when the platform needs to 10x before the business can grow. I have been the founding PM at three companies, built a product that now serves 500,000 plus people daily, shipped an AI analytics platform, and owned a commercial portfolio generating KES 700 million annually.

The pattern across my career is deliberate, not accidental. Turnkey Africa: delivery discipline and API ecosystem management across 4 African markets. Sancom: first PM, changed the company's product focus. APA Insurance: built a mobile insurance platform from zero, made a $5M architecture decision, presented to the board. LCT Africa: sole PM, drove measurable customer growth. Food For Education: scaled from 75K to 500K plus DAU, built AI infrastructure. HF Group: digital financial products and data governance. Roamtech: platform-level ownership at commercial scale.
