At Andrew Wellness, I support customers remotely by phone, email, and chat. I help with order placement, changes, cancellations, and payment concerns, and share product information and recommendations.
I resolve delivery and product complaints, escalating unresolved issues when necessary. I also track orders and follow up with customers on delivery updates.
Previously, as a Data Analyst (NYSC) at Zenith Pension Custodian Limited, Lagos, I converted pension schedules into CSV files and identified data inconsistencies. At Consumer Shop, UNIZIK, Awka, I maintained inventory records and recorded stock discrepancies as a Stock Manager Intern.
