At Keane Systems, I deploy and administer ServiceNow instances for a healthcare management organization, configuring fields, support groups, assignment rules, CI data, SLAs, service catalogs, and integrations.

I've built Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, and orchestrations. I also configure MID Servers, Discovery, CMDB relationships, automated test suites, upgrades, and a Virtual Agent using Predictive Intelligence, machine learning, and advanced work assignment.

Previously at ASICS Technologies, I created HR onboarding and offboarding catalogs, Flow Designer workflows, dynamic forms, CMDB import sets, Performance Analytics reports, ITOM event management, and JWT-authenticated integrations.

My work spans ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SPM, Demand Management, risk and asset management, SQL, JavaScript, and ServiceNow platform administration. I enjoy improving client-user communication through practical automation, reporting, governance, and service delivery.
