I am a dedicated Document Controller and Team Lead with extensive experience in document management, information governance, and quality assurance. I have led teams to implement and maintain robust document control processes across projects.

In my current role I oversee document lifecycle management, conduct audits and quality checks, and prepare performance reports for management. I have experience implementing document management software and training teams on its use.

Previously I served as Senior Document Controller, managing large-scale e-DMS, ERP and SAGE systems, handling incoming/outgoing correspondence, change orders, ECO/ECN, and BOM comparisons. I communicate with local and US teams and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

I bring strong skills in process improvement, compliance, version control, and team development, backed by an MSc in Information Technology and certification in Microsoft Office. I am motivated to lead document control functions that improve efficiency and ensure regulatory and project compliance.
