I’m a practicing small business operator and operations leader with 4+ years of hands-on experience running day-to-day business functions across marketing, finance, procurement, regulatory compliance, and customer operations. I currently operate an independent ice distribution business while also managing a medical equipment distribution company as regional principal for multiple German brands in Indonesia.

At SEKAR Surya Mandiri (2021–2025), I led all operational functions of a lean medical equipment distribution business. I designed and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital marketing and SEO), managed full financial operations (budgeting, cash flow monitoring, pricing, vendor quoting, and tax planning), and onboarded 30+ product listings on the LKPP government e-Commerce platform.

I’m known for structured, measurable execution. I redesigned business and marketing strategy to reduce operational costs by 10% while improving marketing effectiveness by 15–20% through data-driven planning and competitor analysis, and I led CDAKB regulatory certification by streamlining SOPs and fully digitalizing documentation workflows end-to-end.

Alongside my operations work, I build continuously—currently developing an online storefront for my ice distribution venture and exploring product expansion into artisan clear ice production. Trained with a dual Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechatronics) and comfortable working with spreadsheets, PDFs, financial data, and AI tools, I bring critical thinking and a practical approach to evaluating information and solving real business problems.
