I’m a results-driven Customer Service professional with 4+ years of high-volume experience across 5-star hospitality, BPO, and live-chat environments. I currently handle 50–80 daily interactions while maintaining a 90% first-contact resolution rate and sub-3-minute response times across phone and live chat.

I’m hands-on with Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, and Opera PMS, using them to manage vendor and customer issues with clear, customer-first communication. I focus on complaint de-escalation, root cause analysis, quality monitoring, and KPI evaluation—turning feedback into continuous improvement through data-informed action.
