At SIMPAISA, I own the payouts product lifecycle, from identifying problems and defining requirements to prioritizing and delivering features. I work with engineering on sprint planning and backlog refinement.
I expanded payout reach across Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Nigeria by integrating downstream operators and local rails. I translate partner APIs into integration requirements, documentation, and user stories, and serve as a product and technical contact for merchant integrations.
I led large-scale merchant migrations, including API updates and transitions from OTP-based to non-OTP flows, reducing transaction costs by $100,000 per month. I also moved legacy PDF API documentation to GitBook and introduced mock APIs, reducing average go-live time by approximately 30–40%.
Earlier, as a Trainee Product Manager at MY BOOK QATAR: A VODAFONE QATAR SUBSIDIARY, I assisted with a customer loyalty app and engine. At BAZAAR TECHNOLOGIES, I built SQL queries and data models for an internal analytics tool and developed KPI dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
