My name is Muhammad Maaz Khanani, and I am an aspiring IT support technician currently pursuing an Associate of Liberal Arts and Science in General Studies at Collin College. With hands-on experience in technical support and customer service, I have developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as providing exceptional assistance to users. My journey in the IT field has been fueled by a passion for technology and a commitment to helping others.

Throughout my professional experience, I have held various roles that have honed my skills in technical support and customer service. As an IT Support Technician at Collin College, I provided Level 1 technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. My role as a Store Manager at Indo-Pak Super Market allowed me to develop leadership skills while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing daily operations. I am also actively involved in my community as an Event Coordinator for the Muslim Students Association, where I organize campus-wide events and outreach initiatives.
