What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on roles in cloud/server support or sysadmin with opportunities to grow into cloud engineering, work collaboratively, and apply AWS/GCP and networking skills.

I am a support engineer with hands-on experience providing infrastructure support across Windows, Hyper-V, ESXi and Linux environments, and monitoring and handling issues for VPS and cloud servers. From 2022–2025 I progressed from Support Trainee to Tier-1 Support Engineer, performing server, system, and network troubleshooting and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

I began building practical skills during an internship providing remote technical support for VPS and cloud infrastructure and completed a final project designing an automatic human height measurement system using a camera, integrating hardware and image processing for automation.

I hold certifications including Mikrotik MTCNA and multiple cPanel & WHM credentials, and I have completed cloud and cybersecurity coursework (AWS, Google Cloud, Cloud Practitioner Essentials, Advent of Cyber). I speak Bahasa Indonesia natively and have advanced English communication skills.
