I’m a fresh graduate IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer with hands-on experience supporting enterprise server, storage, and network infrastructure in production environments across banking and professional services. I’m proactive, a fast learner, and I bring strong analytical thinking and problem-solving to keep services stable and reliable.

In my current role as an IT Engineer, I support daily operations of enterprise infrastructure to ensure operational stability and service reliability. I collaborate on installation, configuration, and maintenance for Huawei, NetApp, Nutanix, Dell, and Lenovo technologies, contribute to migrations and upgrades to minimize disruption, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance including rack optimization and structured cabling.

I also monitor server and network performance using SolarWinds for early issue identification and escalation, and I support Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) deployments to improve endpoint security visibility. I’ve earned industry certifications (Huawei and NetApp/Nutanix) and I’m eager to keep growing by contributing to secure infrastructure operations while developing leadership through diverse projects and cross-functional teamwork.
