Muhammad Ilyas
@muhammadilyas8
Manager in pharmaceutical business development and regulatory affairs, driving compliant registrations and product growth.
What I'm looking for
I currently serve as a Manager in pharmaceutical Business Development & Regulatory Affairs within one of Pakistan’s leading national companies. I own end-to-end product workstreams—from identifying and selecting new national/international opportunities to building registration dossiers, artworks, and required technical data.
On the regulatory side, I prepare and submit registration dossiers, support expert committee data for new molecules, and manage routine Me-too follow-ups through regular DRAP meetings. I also handle renewals, compile updates from MOH/DRAP discussions, manage hardship cases, and support export registration dossiers for exporting countries.
I’m equally engaged on supply planning and execution—coordinating finished-stock availability from third parties, monitoring inventories in SAP, and following alternative API source development. Earlier roles included Business Development Analyst work (dossier preparation and Ministry submissions), managerial product development and licensing, plus ISO coordination, internal audits, and export support—supported by market analysis using tools such as IMS, SWOT, and cost analysis.
