What I'm looking for

I’m looking for customer support work where I can help customers with fintech products, onboarding, and financial services queries.

At Mindbridge Private Limited, I provide real-time chat support for Revolut users as an external agent. I help customers with Revolut Pro onboarding and account setup.

I also support questions about Savings Accounts, RevPoints, premium features, and paid plan partnerships. I work with internal tools and workflows to escalate and resolve complex financial and product-related issues.

My research project examined how environmental taxes affected sustainable industrial growth across six Asian economies using panel data analysis. I used Stata and R for basic data analysis.
