Currently, I work at Quattris Global, where I provide on-site and remote technical support to clients across various locations. My role involves assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, as well as managing documentation for issues and configuration changes. Previously, I served as an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist at Faizan Online Academy, where I provided first-line technical support and successfully completed a full networking setup project for multiple branches.
