What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my telesales, client retention, trading, and digital payment support experience in a customer-focused role where I can build long-term client relationships and exceed sales targets.

I'm currently retaining and re-engaging trading clients at Technest Support Center in Dubai, using CRM tools to manage follow-ups, pipelines, and client behavior.

I provide personalized support based on trading activity and preferences while maintaining accurate client data and strong engagement.

At Arbitrage Marketing, I managed telesales for stocks, commodities, and online trading, exceeded quotas, and built long-term client relationships. I also identified profit opportunities through arbitrage marketing and market analysis.

I've supported customers across Indian, Pakistani, Zimbabwean, Zambian, Nepalese, Sri Lankan, and Filipino markets, including payment inquiries, transaction verification, and digital payment troubleshooting.
