What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can strengthen client retention, manage CRM engagement, resolve customer needs, and contribute to commercial growth in an international, collaborative environment.

I've built an international career across Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the UAE, most recently retaining and reactivating financial-services clients at Technest Support Center LLC in Dubai.

At AR Group in Thailand, I progressed from Marketing Executive to Marketing Team Leader, leading 12–15 team members across international digital platforms. I built influencer and partner relationships, negotiated collaborations, supported customer acquisition, and resolved account and payment-related issues to strengthen retention.

Earlier, I advanced from QC Inspector to QC Leader to QA Assistant at LKTT Plastic Technology, and led warehouse operations at PT. Cahaya Mustika. I bring structured CRM engagement, complaint resolution, process discipline, and cross-cultural communication to every client relationship.
