I’m a Learning & Development Specialist with 8+ years of experience in insurance and financial services, building learning ecosystems that are both effective and engaging. My focus is turning Training Needs Analysis (TNA) into competency-aligned training—then delivering it through LMS operations with SCORM compliance and clear evaluation outcomes.

At BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, I led learning solutions and training implementation, developing 100+ various-based e-learning modules for a corporate LMS ecosystem. I designed module formats and learning journeys, managed offline training in the Learning Center, and delivered training analytics, evaluation results, and workforce learning reports for 3,000+ employees—so stakeholders can make data-backed decisions. I also led creative concepts and execution for training campaigns and learning projects, and mentored apprenticeship participants and internal learners to strengthen capability and adoption.

Earlier in my career, I supported IT infrastructure and troubleshooting across 10+ branch offices and coordinated digital channel requirements to optimize communication and engagement strategy. I also led end-to-end learning projects for university client programs (Pertamina University), managing TNA, budgeting, training design, vendor coordination, field execution, and reporting. I bring structured learning expertise plus creative strengths from winning multiple audio-visual, graphic design, branding, and communication competitions, supported by certifications including CHRP and CLT and training such as High Impact Presentation.
