I’m a Salesforce QA-focused consultant with 6+ years in IT, currently working at Infosys as a Senior Associate Consultant. I combine strong QA ownership with business understanding to ensure smooth Salesforce delivery and reliable integrations.

I bring deep experience in Salesforce application testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. I lead manual and API testing (including third-party integrations), write detailed functional/system/regression test cases, and run UAT to confirm end-to-end readiness.

I’ve supported Salesforce administration-style work that strengthens quality from the source—creating custom objects and fields, defining record types and page layouts, setting validation rules, and managing security via profiles, permission sets, roles, OWD, and sharing settings. I’ve also delivered business automation using Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Process, with SOQL/SOSL exposure to validate behavior.

In every project, I act as a quality coordinator and Agile team partner—triaging defects, maintaining test results (HP ALM/Bugzilla/Jira), collaborating with BA/dev teams on root cause, and ensuring data and integrations flow correctly to partners like SAP and ShipCSX. My certifications (Salesforce AI Associate, Infosys Salesforce Administrator) reflect my commitment to building quality into Salesforce solutions.
