I’m a results-oriented Operations Analyst and Data Analyst focused on translating large-scale operational datasets into actionable insights. I bring strong expertise in data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and trend identification, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach grounded in accountability and empathy.

In my Data Analyst Fellow role (Innomatics Research Labs), I analyzed 30+ large-scale operational and customer datasets to uncover business-critical trends. I also gathered and aligned reporting requirements with stakeholders to build 12+ automated dashboards for live tracking of 15+ operational metrics and Contact Center KPIs, while reducing manual processing overhead through automated workflows.

I strengthen this work through hands-on projects—like isolating a 28,000+ localized demand-supply gap in ride-hailing operations, performing root cause churn analysis on a 7,000+ customer dataset, and building 18+ complex SQL queries for emissions and economic trend reporting. I’m especially motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, including mentoring peers on dashboard automation and statistical workflows.
