What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Data Operations / Data Analytics role where I can build KPI dashboards, ensure data integrity and SOP compliance, and use SQL, Python, and Power BI to turn stakeholder requirements into reliable, timely insights—especially in logistics or operations.

I’m a Data Operations Analyst with an MBA in Operations Management and hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard development, and sales & operations reporting within international export-import logistics. I translate stakeholder needs into data-driven insights using SQL, Python, MS Excel, and Power BI for KPI tracking and data validation.

In my Operations & Sales Support roles, I analyzed operational and sales datasets in Excel and SQL to support ocean freight, air freight, and customs decision-making. I produced weekly dashboards tracking 10+ KPIs, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and used root cause analysis to identify delays and improve turnaround time.
