What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Assistant Director: Desktop Support role where I can apply my IT qualifications, team leadership, service delivery, asset management, and networked-systems experience while building hands-on desktop and server-support capability.

I've led operations at Pangela Protection Services, overseeing multi-site control-room, networked access-control and CCTV systems, technology assets, budgets, procurement, and client service delivery.

I supervised and developed teams, created scheduling, training and performance-review systems, managed SLAs and compliance documentation, and produced quarterly and annual reports for clients and stakeholders.

With formal qualifications in Computer Systems and Information Technology, I'm transitioning my operational leadership and hands-on systems exposure into an Assistant Director: Desktop Support role. I'm prepared to build further practical capability in desktop, network, and server-support environments.
