What I'm looking for

I want a fast-paced team where I can deliver excellent customer service, apply my IT skills, and keep improving my English while learning and growing as I work abroad.

I’m a motivated, adaptable professional with hands-on experience in fast-paced customer service environments. In my current role, I serve customers efficiently in a high-volume setting, while consistently maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

I work well in teams—especially during peak hours—where I collaborate with 10+ colleagues to keep service running smoothly. I’m a quick learner, reliability-focused, and comfortable working in English (B2).

My foundation also spans electrical engineering and IT, with training in Electrical Engineering Technician and ongoing Computer Science studies. I bring practical computer skills (Microsoft Office, Zoom, and internet research) plus basic electrical engineering knowledge and familiarity with IT systems to every task.
