Experience: Marco Silva is a Senior Observability Analyst at DXC Technology since 2011. Previously, he worked as an Observability Analyst at IBM from 2008 to 2011. He holds a degree in Systems Information, an MBA in Project Management, and a postgraduate degree in Information Security.

Achievements: In his recent projects, Marco created custom dashboards and monitors for Vale, a Brazilian mining company, helping to identify delays in transportation trains that carry minerals for export. This solution brought significant gains, such as reducing fines for delays and improving operational efficiency. At CPFL Energy, Marco implemented automated problem resolution identified by a monitoring tool, using Ansible playbooks. This integration resulted in notable gains, such as reducing incident response time, minimizing manual interventions, and improving system availability.
