What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative, learning-focused role in financial crime/KYC where I can improve compliance processes, mentor teammates, and advance analytically driven risk mitigation.

I am a curious and social Financial Economic Crime analyst with a background in applied psychology, experienced across banks and fintechs. I have worked as a Medior KYC/KYB Analyst at Peaks and ABN AMRO, and as a Junior KYC/KYB Analyst at Rabobank.

I co‑founded FRMC Products and have experience delivering communication training and training assessment at healthcare and education organisations. My career has combined client-facing advisory roles in daily banking and SME advice with specialist compliance and onboarding work.

I bring analytical thinking, problem solving and a flexible, team-oriented approach supported by certificates including the Basic certificate Dutch Financial Supervision Act and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I am fluent in Dutch and English and experienced in interviewing and stakeholder communication.

I focus on identifying and resolving financial crime risks while helping teams improve processes and client experiences; I seek roles where I can apply KYC/KYB expertise, drive compliance improvements, and grow within collaborative, learning-focused organisations.
