What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead brand growth, go-to-market strategy, KOL engagement, launches, and partner enablement in aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare, or health technology.

At MERZ Aesthetics, I lead the MENA marketing roadmap for Ultherapy across seven markets, combining segmentation, positioning, KOL advocacy, and omnichannel activation to build adoption and market share.

I drive launch commercialization, distributor enablement, roadshows, congress programs, and performance reviews that connect clinical storytelling to measurable conversion, ROI, and brand growth. I also lead a regional team of three marketing specialists.

Previously, I led sales and business development across UAE and Oman at Leader Healthcare and managed key aesthetics accounts at Medica Trading, owning the full commercial cycle from prospecting and negotiation through retention and expansion.
