I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer onboarding and ERP adoption, partner with cross-functional teams (IT/Finance/Operations), and drive measurable improvements through KPI monitoring, training, and process optimization.

I’m a results-driven Customer Success Manager with 11+ years of experience in financial, administrative, and operational management in hospitality. I focus on ERP system implementation, user training, and cross-functional coordination to improve both client outcomes and internal performance.
