At GE Healthcare, I oversee cash flow across Francophone Africa and manage a portfolio of Accounts Receivable exceeding $100M. I lead a cash collection team of eight and achieved a 9% year-over-year reduction in past dues.

I designed operating mechanisms and reporting frameworks to monitor cash processes from invoicing to cash application. I also manage customer disputes in Algeria and Tunisia, resolving more than 90% of them.

Previously, as Commercial Operations Leader at GE Healthcare, I helped deliver sustained double-digit year-over-year Service revenue growth and enabled more than $20M in annual revenue through improved opportunity conversion and faster invoicing.

Earlier, I led Algeria Business Operations at GE Healthcare, improving operating margins and reducing bad debt. My experience also includes product management at Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
