I seek a hybrid or remote role where I can resolve complex complaints, coach teams, and drive revenue through consultative sales and CRM-driven pipelines.

I am a customer service and sales professional with over seven years' experience resolving high-stakes complaints and driving revenue growth in technical and retail environments.

At Octopus Energy Services I partnered with contractors and the Ombudsman to close long-standing complaints, provided technical escalation support, and used socially intelligent selling to build pipelines for low-carbon technology.

Previously I managed daily operations and customer safety at Corals, developed resources and coordinated multi-location teams to resolve complaints quickly, and led frontline teams to improve service delivery.
