I’m looking for a role where I can lead day-to-day operations while using data analysis to grow circular economy and sustainable waste-to-value programs—working with stakeholders, building SOPs, and delivering measurable impact.

I’m an Operations Manager with 4+ years of experience leading sustainable manufacturing processes and driving waste-to-value outcomes. I combine operations leadership with data-driven reporting to improve efficiency and strengthen accountability across stakeholders.

At Vintz Plastics Ltd., I trained 20+ staff in sustainable waste handling and implemented circular economy practices impacting 5+ CBOs. I also managed day-to-day logistics for over 1000 Metric tonnes of recyclable plastics per year, while supporting logistics and inventory needs with reliable systems and SOPs.

Before that, I worked as a Data Analyst & Admin, analyzing sustainability metrics to support circular economy adoption and improving reporting efficiency by 30%. I’ve also contributed as a Junior Consultant - Sustainability & Innovation on multi-stakeholder projects across East Africa, including market research, field assessments under WASH programs, and proposal writing/donor engagement.
