What I'm looking for

I’m seeking my first paid role and am available for fully remote work on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00 US Central time.

As Assistant to the Mission President at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Monterrey, I reviewed five engagement indicators each week and built month-end Excel charts for the mission president.

With the president’s permission, I benchmarked the mission against the top-performing mission in Mexico, built a simple conversion-rate model, and presented the calculation to the leadership council. After the mission adopted it alongside other changes, new contacts rose from about 2,000 to 3,000 a month.

In the mission office, I coordinated volunteer transfers and travel-ticket purchases, wrote the document describing each logistics plan, and verified housing locations. I also followed budgets and expenses and reviewed invoices.

I served full time in Spanish and translated for the mission president between English and Spanish, and Spanish and Portuguese. I’m seeking my first paid role and bring English C1, fluent Spanish, and native Portuguese.
