What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technology-focused role where I can monitor critical services, improve incident response, analyze performance data, and support digital transformation initiatives that strengthen customer experience and business growth.

At Sterling Bank PLC, I monitor core banking systems, digital channels, ATMs, and customer support platforms to maintain uptime and service performance.

I detect system errors, escalate incidents to technical teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to reduce customer impact. My proactive monitoring strategies reduced service downtime by 20%, while optimized alert processes improved incident response time by 15%.

Previously, during my NYSC service with the Lagos State Agricultural Input Supply Authority, I managed monthly inventory and sales data analysis, audited goods for accuracy, and supported agricultural product marketing.
