I am a detail-oriented healthcare administrator with hands-on experience managing academic operations, accreditation tasks, and revenue-cycle processes across hospital systems.

In my current role supporting an Orthopaedic Surgery residency, I oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations, manage visiting sub-intern programs, coordinate visiting professors and Grand Rounds logistics, and handle resident-related financial processes through DocLink.

Previously I worked remotely on revenue cycle management for 20+ health systems, resolving underpaid claims, submitting accurate insurance claims, investigating denials, and preparing financial performance and compliance reports.

I bring strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills, and I enjoy coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and financial standards.
