What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a healthcare operations or revenue cycle role where I can improve claims accuracy, documentation quality, compliance, workflow efficiency, and patient access while supporting cross-functional teams.

I'm currently processing high-volume medical claims at Caduceus Health, reviewing claim accuracy, modifiers, insurance information, and reimbursement details to reduce denials and support timely payments.

Across Caduceus Health, Akumin Healthcare Services, Cognizant, StarMed Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, I've supported patient access, scheduling, billing, medical documentation, compliance, quality assurance, and healthcare operations.
