What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can leverage my pharmacy workflow experience and patient advocacy strengths to improve medication access, ensure accurate information, and work with a collaborative team that values clear processes and continuous improvement.

I’m a Pharmacy Technician III and patient advocate with deep experience across transitions of care, specialty medication workflows, and day-to-day dispensing operations. I focus on accuracy, clear patient communication, and removing friction so patients can actually access their medications.

At UCSF Medical Center, I interview patients and family members to ensure at-home medication lists are accurate, partner with pharmacists and providers to resolve discrepancies, and engage with insurance companies to help secure prior authorizations. I also use 340B Program and manufacturer discounts often, and I support teams by training and supervising pharmacist interns in both clinical and operational settings.

In specialty pharmacy roles at CVS Careplus, I typed and filled new scripts and monthly refills, scheduled patient deliveries, and researched payment-assistance options when copays were a barrier. I also coordinated with insurance companies for prior authorizations and supported quality-minded operations by attending and hosting conference calls related to URAC accreditation and audit procedures.

Earlier in my career, I managed pharmacy retail operations as a Store Manager across New Hartford and Berkeley, driving merchandising, performance metrics, and strong internal teamwork. I also bring cross-functional support experience from SUNY at Delhi, where I managed help desk tickets, troubleshot classroom technology, and created screencast instructional videos.
