I'm looking to lead end-to-end innovation, operations, or scaling initiatives where I can turn customer needs and complex operational gaps into replicable systems, measurable growth, and sustainable results.

I've led packaging and supply chain innovation at Procter & Gamble and Grupo Lala, bringing roughly 100 product improvements to market across LATAM and leading 33 launches in Mexico that generated $1,080M MXN in incremental sales and four registered patents.

At Manos de Tierra, I co-developed a ceramics-service start-up into a five-location franchise model, designing scalable operations that enabled new locations to open in under two months and reach break-even in under a year. I combine customer insight, data-driven decisions, and end-to-end execution across operations, talent, finance, customer experience, packaging, and supply chain.

Designed the standard operating model and franchise scheme, enabling each new location to open in under 2 months and reach break-even in under a year.
