I’m a Security Officer and hospitality front desk professional who keeps workplaces secure and guests satisfied. I focus on preventing illegal activity, detecting unauthorized presence, and responding quickly to issues in real time.

Through Port of Miami and Allied Universal, I’ve protected assigned areas by observing situations, monitoring for unusual activity, and reporting incidents within my responsibility. In my current role with U.S ALLIANCE SECURITY, I verify identity and credentials so unauthorized people can’t enter without guest passes or proper authorization.

Alongside security work, I’ve built strong customer service experience as a Front Desk Agent at South Beach Bentley Hotel and Lux Urban Hotels. I manage online, phone, and in-person room reservations, welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys, explain amenities, and process customer payments.

I’m detail-oriented and adaptable, with the leadership and management mindset to coordinate effectively and stay organized under pressure. I’m looking for a role where I can combine security awareness with friendly, timely service—keeping standards high and helping people feel supported.
