I’m looking for a role where I can own multi-site operations end-to-end—building SOPs, ensuring statutory compliance through audits, coordinating vendors, and strengthening parent and stakeholder communication in a structured environment.

I’m a results-driven operations professional with 10+ years of experience across programme coordination, administration, facility operations, and team leadership. I’m currently leading multi-site creche operations at Cummins India, owning day-to-day execution in a structured corporate environment.

I design and implement SOPs, policies, operational frameworks, and audit processes, ensuring statutory and organisational compliance. I coordinate compliance work, maintain documentation, and support SOW definition, MSA review coordination, and vendor performance management.

I also oversee facility operations—safety, hygiene, infrastructure readiness, and staff training—while leading parent engagement initiatives, events, and stakeholder communication. Alongside operations, I’ve worked as an English Teacher & Counsellor and as an Online Educator, strengthening my ability to support people with clarity and care.
