What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Founder's Associate, Executive Operations, or Program/Business Operations role where I can independently own complex, multi-part projects end to end—program planning, stakeholder communication, and event operations—across teams and time zones.

I’m a Program and operations leader with 12+ years managing cross-functional planning, staff training and development, structured stakeholder communication, and multi-stakeholder international coordination in the education sector. I independently own complex, multi-part projects end to end while managing multiple concurrent priorities without close supervision.

My work centers on program & project planning: cross-border coordination, calendar & event operations, and process design that improves operational consistency. I lead structured, recurring stakeholder engagement sessions and produce written communications, reports, and event summaries for leadership.

I also bring strong delivery through training and professional development programs, plus hands-on logistics for large-scale initiatives. I’m now looking to apply this experience in a remote Founder's Associate, Executive Operations, or Program/Business Operations role.
