Oversee HR operations for ~80 employees, established a Mental Health Office and structured HR–IT collaboration to improve well-being and operational coordination. Advise supervisors on employment law, developed BEM reintegration guidelines and managed international hiring and onboarding.

Managed HR for a 60-person B2B department, optimized onboarding/offboarding and performance review processes, advised supervisors on employment law, and implemented internal leadership training to reduce external training costs.

Developed a concept to monitor recruiting KPIs, created dashboards and evaluations, supported applicant management and selection interviews, and contributed to personnel planning and modernization projects.

Supported selection days and assessment centers, participated in interviews and induction for trainees, evaluated hygiene measures and assisted with administrative and training-related tasks.

Supported seminar delivery, provided student feedback and coursework evaluation including checking results in R, and managed communications and follow-up via Learnweb (Moodle).

Led small-group sessions, provided feedback on interview skills, supervised role-play exercises and evaluated student coursework and exploratory interviews.

Undertaking training as a Systemic Consultant beginning October 2024.

Completed M.Sc. Psychology with a thesis on telework, psychosocial safety climate and their effects on work-family conflict, well-being, isolation and organizational commitment (Grade 1.1).
