I currently deliver front-line passenger service for Qatar Airways at Hamad International Airport, supporting check-in, boarding, booking verification, travel documents, disruptions, and special-service passengers in a high-volume international environment.

Before joining Qatar Airways, I coordinated reservations, safari itineraries, guest movements, billing records, procurement, and operational reporting at African Bushcamps' Nyamatusi Lodge. I built personalised relationships with international guests and worked across lodge departments and tourism partners to create seamless travel experiences.

At Cresta Oasis Hotel, I handled reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments, cancellations, outbound sales calls, customer database updates, and hotel promotions. I've also supported customer enquiries, product orders, and sales administration in beverage sales operations.

I'm commercially minded and bring practical knowledge of airline booking systems, tourism operations, customer relationship management, and the Zimbabwean travel and tourism market.
