What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR/Operations/Branch Operations & Audit/Compliance role where I can drive compliant growth—own recruitment, onboarding, HRMS, payroll, audits, and training—while improving operational efficiencies and meeting performance targets.

I’m currently a Business Loan Branch Sales Manager with Axis Bank in New Delhi (01st Jan'26 to till date), where I manage end-to-end sales pipelines for asset and liability and cross-sell products, consistently converting monthly/quarterly/yearly targets. I also manage 10 bank branches and ensure branch activation and performance.

I maintain a flawless audit and compliance record by ensuring all client onboarding and underwriting processes and internal banking regulations, while handling team targets and compliance as per bank regulatory. I’m responsible for team onboarding and product/refresher training, implementing strategy for growth, and handling sales team audit as per Bank/TRAI and compliance norms.

Previously, I worked at Quess Corp Ltd (with Axis Bank) as a Center Manager for Delhi West (01st Jan'2020 to 31st Dec 2025), managing recruitment as per allocated budgeted manpower, timely onboarding of employees, administrative responsibility, and operational targets. My HR operations scope included HRMS & documentation, payroll and attendance administration, training programmes, BGV coordination, employee engagement, grievance redressal, MIS oversight, HR & sales audit, and customer complaints escalation with FCU and Legal team; I also served as a team member of the Branch POSH committee.
