What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead PMO, operations, or digital transformation portfolios where I can build scalable governance, AI-enabled knowledge systems, and delivery frameworks that improve strategic execution.

I'm establishing the PMO for Qatar's Ministry of Communication and Information Technology Digital Industry Affairs sector, overseeing 80+ strategic and operational initiatives. I build governance frameworks, hybrid Agile portfolio models, executive dashboards, and AI-enabled knowledge systems for national digital transformation programs.

Previously, I led operations and digital transformation across government institutions and enterprises in Qatar and KSA, including ERP implementations, AI-powered analytics, and portfolio reporting. Across 19+ years, I've managed technology launches, social impact and grant portfolios, regional education programs, and cross-functional delivery across the MENA region.
